We have a wide range of stories coming up tonight at 7pm… Here’s a preview…
Quest for Closure
Losing a family member is difficult enough, but when it’s an untimely, violent death it’s even an even more daunting grief period. I attended two funerals last year for people close to my family who were killed by gun violence. One was my age at the time he was killed, making it hit even closer to home. It’s an indescribable experience, and I wasn’t even on the front lines on the grief. Tonight, we’re going to hear from a family who unfortunately knows this feeling all too well. Brad Timpf was shot and killed in the parking lot of a restaurant 2 years ago. There have been no arrests, and no closure for the family. Two years is a very, very long time to go without answers, and the holidayu season only highlights the pain they have been feeling. Tisha Lewis sat down with the family in an exclusive interview.
Fill’er Up!
I filled my tank of gas for $20 this weekend. I was so excited, I almost did a dance at the gas pump. With the $4/gallon prices still fresh in everyone’s mind… it’s no surprise that there was a huge line of people waiting to fill up on $0.99/gallon. But of course, this wasn’t a “Real” price… but a promotion by a local radio station. Tonight you’ll hear from the people who waited, and waited, just to fill their tanks… and we’ll tell you why gas prices have gotten so low. (not that we’re complaining, really!)
Booty Callers
When you hear the phrase “Booty Caller” you don’t automatically think baby booties. (in fact, if you are thinking babies, it’s probably as a result of that original ‘booty caller’- ha!) Tonight we’re going to tell you about a booty caller that will tell you when you’re most fertile… so those baby booties DO appear!
We’ve got all those fun stories… plus Urban Meyer is in town. (if you don’t know who he is, then please ask someone for a crash course on the Gator Nation!) The Florida football coach is here ahead of the BCS Championship Game at Dolphin Stadium next month.
See ya at 7pm!
