This is where you can find a preview to the stories coming up at 7pm, and also get a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to bring the newscast to your home. Everyday an entire team of producers, reporters, assignment desk editors, managers, and even viewers at home help put together what you see every night. We brainstorm ideas, discuss story placement, and finalize logistics… and then throw it all out the window and just go with the flow when we get breaking news. Breast Cancer Stories of Survival
Goosebumps. Tears. Heartwarming. Those are the words used to describe this story everytime we discuss it in an editorial meeting. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month… 6 women who survived the disease hit the catwalk for an inspirational fashion show. It’s a story you definitely don’t want to miss. Rescuer Reunited
They met under the most unlikely of circumstances…. the man who is injured by a boat propeller, and the UM lawyer that saved him. We’re there for the reunion… when the rescuer gets to meet the man he saved.
